Laura and Kevin met at the University of Delaware, and celebrated their big day this past May at the historic Bellevue Hall in Wilmington. This is a venue I have been wanting to photograph for some time, and when I found a mini wooden replica of the venue while antique shopping one day in 2024, I just knew I had to grab it to be the perfect addition for these detail photos. After a year of anticipation these details more than delivered, with gorgeous florals from The Wilmington Florist and personal touches like Laura’s grandmothers mirrors and brushes. The day started with a rendition of “Going to The Chapel” by Laura’s bridesmaids, followed by a church ceremony, cocktail hour spilling from the wallpapered rooms of the estate to the gorgeous lawn in sunny spring weather, to a checkerboard dance floor that stayed packed all night. There is so much to love about this wedding day.
