Mikayla is a photographer herself, so when she reached out with the vision for her engagement photos, I just knew they were going to be so good! For her and Ryan she wanted engagement photos with a classic city feel, so we decided to shoot around Old City, Philadelphia. I had done Elfreth's Alley to Race Street Pier for Morgan and Tyler's engagement session earlier last year and knew that route through the city would be perfect. I always love exploring similar areas and seeing how they change with the seasons. We did this session just before Christmas time, and the city was buzzing with Christmas lights and adorned in evergreen. We walked around making stops along our way and discussing their plans for their Spring 2025 wedding day. I'll see Mikayla as a second shooter at a few of my wedding dates this year and I just can't wait to see how her wedding plans unfold and to be a part of it all!
