Matt and Aimee got engaged behind the Philadelphia Museum of Art in Fairmount Park; where trails, benches, and gazebos sit up high and boast an impressive view of the entire city, schuykill river, and iconic landmarks like boat house row. To commemorate their proposal and new engagement, Matt reached out to me to organize a photoshoot in the same place just two weeks later! I love any excuse to shoot in the city, and while I used to shoot around the art museum quite often it has been a few years since I've had the location chosen for a session. I was so excited to re-explore the space with these two. We started on the art museum steps and made our way around to the place where Matt proposed. It was a cloudy day, and right when we reached the gazebo the skies opened to reveal the most gorgeous sunset. Such a beautiful engagement session!
