I was thrilled to capture Kacie and Nick's big day this October at The Ivy at Ellis Preserve, Finley Catering's brand new venue. Located in Newtown Square, PA, these two were one of the first couples to marry here, as the doors just opened this past fall. After getting ready that morning, the high school sweethearts were so excited to see each other for their first look and begin their wedding day together.
The couple opted for a black and white color palette and minimal additional decor throughout the day, which complimented the modern barn venue beautifully. The heartfelt ceremony was complete with a white floral lined arbor. Celebrations began in true Finley Catering fashion with an excellent cocktail hour, perfectly situated on the venue's second floor, overlooking the ballroom where reception would be held.
As the newlyweds made their grand entrance, they were met with sparkler fountains on the dancefloor. Tables were adorned with tall centerpieces, and a four-tier cake was the cherry on top . For dessert, treats lined the hallways leading from the ballroom to the bar. The happy couple danced the night away with their guests.
This was such a beautiful wedding day for Kacie and Nick, and I'm so grateful to have captured it for them.
